Privacy Notice
This notice explains what suzanagreco.com collects and why. It describes the site’s actual behaviour, not a generic template.
What we collect
- Made-to-order requests: the name, contact detail, country, size and message you choose to give us. Every field except the contact detail is optional.
- Patronage: the amount, an optional display name, an optional note, and an optional Snapchat handle. You may choose to leave your name out entirely.
- Image purchases: which image was bought, and a signed cookie on your device recording that you unlocked it.
- Abuse prevention: a salted, irreversible hash of your IP address. We do not store raw IP addresses.
What we deliberately do not collect
- Card numbers, CVV or any payment card data. These go directly to our payment processor and never reach our systems.
- Accounts or passwords for visitors. There is no sign-up.
- Advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
- Location data from uploaded photography. Image metadata, including any GPS coordinates, is stripped on upload.
Payment processing
Payments are handled by Paddle.com Market Limited as merchant of record. Paddle collects the billing information required to take payment and comply with tax law, under its own privacy policy. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, not your card details.
Cookies
We set cookies only where they are necessary: to keep a purchased image unlocked on your device, and to keep the site owner signed in to the private admin area. There are no analytics or advertising cookies.
Retention
Requests and contribution records are kept while needed to run the project and meet accounting obligations. Abuse-prevention hashes are deleted after 24 hours.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email suzana.greco8@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
