Refund Policy

Different things are sold here on different terms. This sets out each.

Digital images

Because access is granted immediately on payment, digital images are generally non-refundable once unlocked. If an image fails to unlock, does not download, or is not what was described, contact us within 14 days and we will refund it in full.

Patronage

Patronage is a voluntary contribution and is not usually refundable. If you contributed in error, by mistake, or without meaning to, contact us within 14 days and we will refund it. We will not argue about it.

Made-to-order garments

No payment is taken through this website for garments. A request is an enquiry only. Terms for any commissioned piece, including deposits and cancellation, are agreed directly with you in writing before work begins.

Duplicate or incorrect charges

Any duplicate charge, incorrect amount or unrecognised payment is refunded in full. Contact us and we will resolve it.

How to request a refund

Email suzana.greco8@gmail.com with your payment reference. Refunds are issued to the original payment method by our payment processor, Paddle, and normally appear within 5–10 business days.

Statutory rights

Nothing here affects any legal rights you have that cannot be excluded.
