Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of suzanagreco.com (“SUZANA”, “we”). By using the site you agree to them.

What we sell

Three distinct things, treated differently:

• Garments are made to order. Nothing is bought on this site. Submitting a request is an enquiry only; it creates no contract, takes no payment and reserves no item. We will contact you about availability, sizing and production, and any order is agreed separately.
• Digital images may be purchased individually. Payment unlocks access to view and download that image on the device used to buy it.
• Patronage is a voluntary contribution supporting the continuation of the project. Patrons receive a digital supporter pack.

Payments

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, which acts as the merchant of record. Your contract for a purchase is with Paddle. We never see or store your card details.

Digital content licence

Purchased images and supporter packs are licensed for personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, publish or use them commercially without written permission.

Availability

Pieces marked Concept are not offered for sale and cannot be requested. We make no guarantee that any concept will be produced.

Private circle

Patrons may optionally leave a Snapchat handle for consideration. Selection is manual, limited, and entirely at our discretion. Contributing does not guarantee selection and is not a purchase of access or contact.

Acceptable use

Do not submit unlawful, abusive or infringing content through any form on this site. We may remove content and refuse service.

Liability

The site is provided as is. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud, death or personal injury.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
